I found Muriels book 'The Elegance of the Hedgehog' through our bookclub Library. I am eternally grateful! My favourite author was Marianne Fredriksson for many years, it is now Muriel and Im thrilled that I have only read one so far so I am in the process of finding the other two to read over Christmas. THank you for translating such a beautiful and thought provoking book. I fell in love with both Paloma and the Concierge immediately, I especially loved the definition of an Aristocrat!

Dear Kim,
I wanted to thank you for you kind words about Muriel's book and (in your previous post) about Europa Editions. It is so nice to be able to inspire such enthusiasm in readers with what we publish!

I just wanted to correct one thing in the post on Muriel. GOURMET RHAPSODY, Muriel's next novel, which is absolutely fabulous, will be out in september this year, not in 2010.

thanks again
