A quick note about this week’s New York Times Style Magazine
I love me my Sunday New York Times. Takes me almost a full week to read it, but I do enjoy it. This week the special Style Magazine profiled Michael Bruno who’s the guy who . . . you know. Michael Bruno. Okay, I hadn’t heard of him before this, either, but apparently he founded something called 1stdibs.com which gives anyone with a computer access to antique and vintage wares of all sorts from dealers all over the world and which, when I checked it out just now, sent me into a mildly pornographic daydream involving nine thousand dollar chandeliers for our diningroom.
Anyway, among a list of a few of his favorite things, Bruno mentioned his favorite Miami bookstore, Books and Books. Click here to read what he said in the New York Times and to see the photo of the store which made my mouth drool. And if you live in Miami or plan to visit sometime soon, visit the store and write us a longer review of it.
